To mask or not to mask

I don’t know you. I don’t know if your heart is pure or blacked with hate. I don’t know if you are sick or healthy. I don’t know if you love animals. I don’t know if you even love yourself.

I do know you are reading this. I also know you deserve to exist. I know you have potential to do and be something extraordinary.

And so I wear a mask. It doesn’t protect me. Offers me no safety. Serves no purpose in my own health. But it protects YOU. Keeps YOU safe. Allows YOU to avoid all kinds of infections that might be breathed into your direction, not just COVID.
